Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2-4 days for processing. When you receive a shipping notification, your order is taken to USPS within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Due to overwhelming shipping demands and COVID-19 mitigation practices, USPS may take up to five days to scan your package or it may be delayed.

B. Marie Accessories, LLC will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact USPS to file a claim. If you find your order is delayed or has suddenly stopped tracking, please reach out to us at b.marieaccessories@gmail.com.
