Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at b.marieaccessories@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
